Не могу обновить программу с 0.53 на 0.56

Скачал 0.56 развернул, пустая база работает на ура
после копирования базы (файла ps.udb) от версии 0.53 в версию 0.56 выдает ошибку:

при обновлении на с 52 на 56 не запустилась корректно ( с ошибкой framework )
